- In a large bowl combine chicken, bacon, pineapple and teriyaki marinade; toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate, covered, 15 minutes.
- Place skewers on grill. Grill, covered, 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink (165°F). Remove from grill.
- If desired, combine cooked rice and green onions, place skewers on rice, and serve.
- Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). Remove chicken, bacon and pineapple from marinade; discard marinade. Alternately thread chicken, bacon and pineapple on 6 (12-inch) skewers.?
