Summary: Topco has initiated a voluntary recall of TopCare 3% Hydrogen Peroxide Topical Solution USP/Oral Debriding Agent following multiple complaints of an isopropyl alcohol odor and flavor in the product. After conducting a thorough assessment, Vi-Jon (the product manufacturer) has concluded that the probability of serious adverse health consequences following use of this product is not likely.
