Cherry Chocolate Smoothie

  • 1.5 Cups Cherries, pitted for you at the Fresh Divide
  • 1/2 small frozen banana
  • 1 scoop, about 1/4 cup, chocolate protein powder of choice
  • 1 1/4 cups milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds, optional
  • handful of spinach or kale, optional


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
